- 1. Registration is done by paying the tuition fee. Refunds cannot be made after registration.
- 2. The content of the training program is determined by the coaches according to the level of the student.
- 3. The distribution of horses to take classes is made by the trainers. Students and parents do not have the right to choose trainers and horses.
- 4. You must be at our club 15 minutes before class time for preparation.
- 5. Our lessons are determined on an appointment basis. In case of lesson cancellation, you must be informed at least 6 hours before the lesson time, otherwise your lesson will be considered as processed.
- 6. Students who do not attend classes without giving an excuse will lose their right to one lesson. If the planned lesson is canceled by our club, our student is given the right to one additional lesson.
- 7. It is mandatory to wear a tog for safe riding during riding training. In addition, it is recommended to wear trousers, suitable boots or boots and a safety vest.
- 8. You cannot go on cross-country rides without an instructor. It is mandatory to wear a tog during off-road riding.
- 9. If you are 15 minutes or more late for your classes, your classes will be considered processed.
- 10. During the course, your photos and videos are taken for our Instagram account @izmirbinicilikkulübü.
